Commission-Based Sales Agent — Sinc Business Suite

Kenya · Field / Hybrid Commission Only Uncapped + Residuals

We're looking for self-driven sales agents to bring Sinc Business Suite to businesses across Kenya. You own the full cycle: find prospects, understand their pain, demo the product, and close them onto a paid subscription. The more businesses you sign and keep active, the more you earn — there is no ceiling.

What You'll Do

  • Generate and qualify leads among retailers, wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, and service businesses
  • Run product demonstrations (in person or online) tailored to each prospect's pain points
  • Explain the value of eTIMS compliance, M-Pesa reconciliation, real-time stock control, end-to-end manufacturing, and proper bookkeeping in plain business terms
  • Negotiate and close subscription deals
  • Hand off signed customers cleanly to the onboarding team and keep an accurate pipeline
  • Relay field feedback on pricing, features, and competitors to the product team

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales experience — ideally B2B, SaaS, software, POS, or financial services
  • A strong network of, or easy access to, Kenyan business owners and decision-makers
  • Confidence demonstrating software and translating features into business value
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently on commission
  • Fluent in English and Kiswahili
  • Advantage: familiarity with KRA eTIMS/VAT, or experience selling ERP, accounting, inventory, or POS solutions

Compensation

  • Upfront commission on every new paid subscription you close
  • Recurring residual commission for as long as your customers stay subscribed
  • Tiered bonuses for hitting monthly and quarterly targets
